Using RolePort

Jobs and search

Search every source at once, in your country or abroad, and see the jobs that fit you first.

Last updated 31 October 2026

On Jobs, enter a job title, skill or company, then pick a country. Your profile's first role and country are filled in, and your other roles and countries are one click away.

Every search asks each job source that covers it. If one source fails, the others still return results, and the failed one is marked unavailable.

Why you won't see some jobs

RolePort leaves out jobs that would waste your time:

  • Old postings. Nothing older than three months is ever shown, and the default is the past month. A posting with no date is kept, since there's no telling its age.
  • Ghost postings. Anything a source flags as stale or reposted is dropped.
  • Duplicates. The same opening on several boards shows once, with links to the others.
  • Remote jobs for other regions. A remote posting limited to a region, such as "Europe" or "LATAM", only shows to people there.

Open a job

A job shows its summary, requirements, salary if stated, your quick match, and the full description. Every job links back to its original posting and credits its source. From here you can:

Analyze several jobs

Pick jobs from the results, or take the top 10, and RolePort evaluates them one at a time and ranks them. A local model takes about 30 to 60 seconds per job.

Is the job still open?

Check again on a job's page checks a company-feed job or a pasted link. A saved job is also checked once a day when you open its page. Closed jobs are marked on the job page, on job cards and on your Applied list. See Paste a job.
