Applications
Each job you apply to gets its own page, with the saved posting, your application kit, its history and your notes.

What Apply does
Apply on a job marks it as applied and opens its page under Applied. RolePort never submits anything: it doesn't fill in forms or send emails. Continue to job posting takes you to the employer's site when you're ready.
Because the posting is saved, you can still read it after the employer takes it down.
Your application kit
The kit holds what you'll send:
- Tailored CV, as a PDF to download.
- Cover letter, to copy or download.
- Application questions, answered from your profile.
- Emails and follow-ups, for reaching people directly.
Prepare all with AI tailors your CV and then writes your letter, one after the other. If you already have them, it asks first, since it replaces them.
Track its progress
Each application has a status, a history of every change and your own notes. Add your interview date to get a countdown and to time your follow-ups.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Saved | You're considering it |
| Applied | You've sent your application |
| Screening | They've been in touch for a first screen |
| Interview | You have an interview |
| Offer | They've made an offer |
| Hired | You accepted |
| Rejected | They said no |
| Withdrawn | You took yourself out |
| Offer declined | You said no to an offer |
| No response | They never replied |
The Applied list
Applied has three views: Applied for live applications, Saved for bookmarked jobs, and Closed for applications you marked rejected, withdrawn, declined or without a response. A job whose employer has taken it down shows Posting closed.
Practise for it
Start a mock interview for the application. The interviewer uses the posting plus the CV, letter and answers you prepared.
