Introduction
RolePort is a free, open-source job search app. It finds jobs, shows how well each one fits you, prepares your applications, tracks them and coaches you for the interview.
Last updated 31 October 2026
RolePort takes you through a whole job search in one place:
- Set up your profile, by importing your CV or filling it in.
- Find jobs in your country or abroad, from job boards, official boards, remote-job feeds and the companies you follow. Add a job you found elsewhere by pasting it.
- See how well each job fits, with an instant match score and an optional AI evaluation.
- Prepare the application: a tailored CV, a cover letter, answers to form questions and emails.
- Track it from Saved to Offer, with reminders for when to follow up.
- Practise the interview with an AI mock interviewer, out loud if you like.
RolePort never applies or sends anything for you. It prepares the work, and you stay in charge of what goes out.
Who it's for
Anyone looking for a job, in any country. RolePort started in the Philippines, so that's the default, and it works just as well elsewhere. You don't need to be technical to use RolePort Lite, which runs in your browser.
Free, with your own AI
RolePort charges nothing and has no accounts, ads or analytics. "Bring your own key" means the AI features use an AI provider you choose:
- A hosted provider such as Claude, OpenAI, OpenRouter or Groq. You paste your own API key and pay that provider directly for what you use.
- A local model through Ollama or LM Studio. It's free and runs on your own computer.
AI is optional. Job search, quick match scores, the tracker, PDF CVs and reminders all work without it. See AI providers to set one up, and Customizing the prompts to change how the AI writes.
